We live every day as if we have an unlimited supply of time, and we spend that time doing many activities that don’t matter, always believing that there will be enough time in the future to do the things we’ve always wanted to do. The bad news is that there isn't that much time left in a given year after doing all our routine daily activities (work, sleep, commute, email, web, eating,...) . The good news is cutting down on some unnecessary activities (browsing, social media,...) by a small amount every day gives us back lots of time to do the things we want, if we want them enough!
This simple tool shows you how you will spend most of your time in 2017, and how tiny changes in your daily habits can give you back the time you need to do what you want.
To use the calculator, adjust the underlined numbers by clicking and dragging them left and right.
